Every SOL project begins with a Private Online Design Consultation.

Instead of arranging an initial home visit, we use a simple and efficient online design process that saves you time while allowing our designers to create a bespoke proposal tailored specifically to your home.

How It Works

Simply provide:

  • ✔ A photograph of each of the four elevations of your chosen Pergola location.

  • ✔ One photograph showing the ground surface where the pergola will be installed (concrete, paving, decking, soil or lawn)

  • ✔ Approximate dimensions of the proposed installation area

Our experienced design team will then prepare your personalised design proposal before meeting you at home to discuss the design, available options and quotation.

Once you decide to proceed, all dimensions and technical details are professionally verified before manufacturing begins, ensuring your bespoke SOL Installation is manufactured and installed perfectly.

Reservation Fee

Your €125 Project Design Reservation secures your private design consultation and bespoke proposal.

Should you decide to proceed with your project, this amount is credited in full towards your purchase.

The "Design & Survey Reservation Fee" covers the professional survey, technical assessment and preparation of a bespoke design proposal and project quotation.

  • This fee is non-refundable.

  • The Pro Forma Invoice is not an IVA invoice and does not constitute a contractual offer to supply products or services.

  • All final pricing, specifications and installation schedules will be confirmed within the official quotation.

  • A fully paid IVA invoice will be issued upon receipt of the final payment and successful completion of your installation.

    • Step 1 – Secure Your Project Design

    Upon receipt of your €125 Project Design Reservation, your dedicated SOL Designer will contact you to arrange your private online design consultation.

    Step 2 – Share Your Property Details

    Simply provide:

    • Four photographs showing each elevation of your chosen pergola location.

    • One photograph showing the ground surface where the pergola will be installed (concrete, paving, decking, soil or lawn)

    • Approximate dimensions of the proposed installation area

    This enables our design team to prepare your bespoke proposal before your consultation.

  • Step 3 – Discuss the design, available options and the quotation.

  • Our experienced design team will then prepare your personalised design proposal before meeting you at home to view the site, discuss the design, available options and quotation.

    You will receive:

    • Detailed Product Specification

    • Professional Quotation

    • Project Design Proposal

    • Step 4 – Confirm Your Project

    Should you wish to proceed, a further payment of €875 making a total €1,000 Project Reservation Payment to secure your project and allow production scheduling to commence.

  • A further 50% Manufacturing Deposit (less your €1,000 Reservation Payment) is payable before manufacturing begins.

  • Step 5 – Manufacture & Site Verification

    Before manufacturing commences, one of our installation specialists will verify all measurements and technical details at your property to ensure complete accuracy.

  • Step 6 - Pre Delivery Payment. Once manufacturing is complete, a 40% Pre-Delivery Payment becomes payable before delivery is arranged.

  • Step 6 – Professional Installation

    Your SOL Appointed Installation Team will complete your installation to the highest professional standards.

    Following successful installation and your final approval, the remaining 10% Final Balance becomes payable.

    A fully paid invoice will then be issued for your records.
