The "Design & Survey Reservation Fee" covers the professional survey, technical assessment and preparation of a bespoke design proposal and project quotation.

  • This fee is non-refundable once the site survey has been completed and design work has commenced.

  • The Pro Forma Invoice is not a VAT invoice and does not constitute a contractual offer to supply products or services.

  • All final pricing, specifications and installation schedules will be confirmed within the official quotation and sales agreement issued following completion of the survey.

What you will get:

  • What happens next?

    • Step 1

    Upon receipt of your payment, we will contact you to confirm a convenient survey appointment.

    • Step 2

    Our installation specialist will visit your property to assess the location, measurements, access requirements and available product options.

    • Step 3

    Within approximately 7 days of the survey, you will receive:

    • A 3D visualisation of your proposed pergola

    • A 2D visualisation featuring any hardscaping and landscaping

    • A detailed specification

    • Your official SOL quotation and invoice

    • Step 4

    Should you wish to proceed, a 50% deposit will be required to confirm your order and commence production.

    • Step 5

    Installation will be scheduled upon completion of manufacturing and logistics arrangements.

    Typical lead time from confirmed order to completion is approximately 8 weeks, depending upon product specification and seasonal demand.

    • Step 6

    The remaining 50% balance will become payable upon practical completion of the installation.
